What to bring:
A friend or two! Pen & Paper to take notes.

What to expect:

Many people have spent years trying to think their way out of anxiety, stress, burnout, or the effects of past experiences—only to find themselves stuck in the same patterns. Somatic therapy offers a different perspective by helping us understand how our experiences are held not only in our minds, but also in our bodies and nervous systems.

Join licensed psychotherapist, Korisma Grant, LCSW, SEP, for an introduction to somatic therapy and nervous system regulation. You'll learn why healing involves more than insight alone, how the body carries the impact of life's experiences, and how cultivating greater awareness of the body can support safety, connection, and resilience. Integrating somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and a faith-informed understanding of healing, Korisma offers a compassionate perspective on moving beyond survival into a more grounded, connected life.

Location: Zoom

What to expect:

Are you struggling with overwhelming emotions? Do you find yourself easily offended, or perhaps questioning GOD right now? This event is for you!

"When Hurt Speaks Louder Than GOD" is a virtual event designed to help you break free from the past. Relational wounds often unconsciously shape our interactions, leading to a constant need for "self-protection" and a difficulty trusting others, or even feeling safe with GOD. This defensive stance can make us question GOD's ways as we navigate uncertainty and inconsiderate people.

Join us as we explore and name the specific emotional triggers that prevent you from hearing GOD and others with clarity. We are committed to helping you walk into true freedom!

It’s time to learn and unlearn some things. Let’s Heal Together, see you soon!
