Strength for the Journey is a faith-integrated coping skills workshop designed for people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in cycles of pushing through and burning out.

  • In this workshop, participants can expect to:

    • Understand what coping really is

    • Recognize the coping skills you already use

    • Explore the “why” behind coping

    • Integrate faith into emotional care

    • Get a preview of what ongoing support can look like
