We are excited to Collaborate with Wild Joy Christian Dance Cardio! A space where worship meets movement, and transformation happens from the inside out. We are Ashley & Mia, two women deeply passionate about Jesus and devoted to helping women grow spiritually, mentally, and physically through dance, prayer, and joy-filled movement. Enjoy a fun 30-minute dance class in the presence of community to a mixture of Christian Hip-Hop & Praise music! This is a time to connect & experience the joy of the Lord together!
