Vivianna Miller
“You are more than what you feel. Let’s make sense of what’s underneath.”
Vivianna Miller loves working with those who are captive to their emotions. So, if you feel trapped in your own mind, she is ready to help you take back control! Many of her clients have been called “emotional, anxious, or depressed” at some point in their life. Vivianna believes those words describe an experience, not a person. She looks beyond the label to understand the whole person—their story, relationships, strengths, struggles, and hopes for what comes next.
Vivianna believes therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, clinical, or like you’re sitting across from someone waiting to be analyzed. Therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, tell the truth, and make sense of the things that have shaped you. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and experiential. Sometimes healing happens through conversation; sometimes words aren’t quite enough. That’s where Vivianna incorporates creative approaches like sandtray and other experiential interventions to help clients explore what’s happening beneath the surface and connect with parts of their story that can be difficult to put into words.
For clients who desire it, Vivianna also integrates Christian faith into the counseling process. She believes you can take both your mental health and your faith seriously. There is room for questions, doubt, grief, growth, and even the messy parts of faith. Her goal isn’t to give you a spiritual quick fix, but to create space where faith and emotional healing can thoughtfully exist together.
You don’t have to have it all figured out before you start therapy. You just have to be willing to take the next step.
