Quanisha Whittfield
Ms. Quanisha Whittfield is an advanced doctoral practicum student supervised by Dr. Rashida Davis. Ms. Whittfield is deeply passionate about holistic wellness and creating healing spaces that affirm identity, culture, and lived experience. She is dedicated to supporting clients navigating concerns related to racial and gendered trauma, identity development, anxiety, burnout, self-worth, boundary-setting, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and values-based living, helping clients move toward a life that aligns with their true selves. Ms. Whittfield’s work is grounded in the belief that healing is not only personal but also collective. She honors each client’s lived experience and guides them in reconnecting with themselves through authenticity, self-compassion, and intentional action.
