Marianne Mulumba

Marianne Mulumba is a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate supervised by Andrew Ahles, LMFT-S. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, cultural humility, and evidence-based care. Marianne utilizes approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As an immigrant herself, Marianne has a special interest in supporting immigrants and their families as they navigate cultural adjustment, identity, life transitions, family relationships, and the emotional challenges of building a life in a new country. She is committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique experiences, values, and strengths.

Marianne strives to create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Her clinical interests include strengthening family relationships, improving communication, navigating life transitions, addressing anxiety and stress, and supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
