“For the person stepping boldly into the unknown, you are not defined by performance but by purpose. Let’s discover the fullness of who you are.”
Jessica Renteria
Jessica believes that transitions can be both challenging and transformative, and you don't have to navigate them alone.
She works with adults who are navigating seasons of change, anxiety, burnout, identity development, and the pressures that come with trying to figure out “what’s next.” She has a particular passion for working with athletes, including collegiate, elite, and recreational athletes, who may be navigating performance pressure, injury, burnout, confidence, identity, or the challenge of balancing athletics with life beyond their sport.
Jessica brings together her clinical training and experience in sport psychology to provide care that considers the whole person, not just the problem bringing them to therapy. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), creating space to develop practical coping skills while also exploring relationships, identity, values, and the experiences that have shaped you.
Whether you're adjusting to a major life transition, navigating ADHD or neurodivergence, working through anxiety or burnout, or trying to find your identity beyond your role as an athlete, Jessica is here to help you understand yourself more deeply and move forward with intention.
